It's finally time to announce Blackbird's new brands for Spring/Summer 2007.
J.Schiesser - High end, old fashioned undergarments from Germany. Impulse in Fremont carries the women's styles if you are looking for a lovely gift for a lady friend.
Band of Outsiders - Famous for their woven cotton shirts, this menswear line uses one of New York's last unionized garment houses based in Williamsburg. Everything is made by hand the old fashioned way. Beautiful.
Rag & Bone - Very much like Blackbird, Rag & Bone started out of frustration that lead two guys to create the clothes they wanted to wear. The cuts are quite normal and the garments are all made in America. Great jeans and jackets.
Surface to Air Paris - Slim, sporty and edgy Parisian looks at reasonable prices. The jeans should not be missed.
BBlessing - From the New York men's boutique of the same name, BBlessing is part of the Surface to Air family. You've seen a little sample already on the blog, or if not, scroll down.
Rogues Gallery - This t-shirt brand is growing it's catalog of wears with fantastic fleece, knits, jewelry and more for Spring.
Common Projects - The most simple sneakers imaginable, with a stamped numeric code on the back heel. They're genius.
Swear - Pointy sneakers are all the rage in Europe. We're getting three of the best styles.
B.Store - Fun sneakers.
Rachel Comey - Just one pair of really special shoes, we couldn't resist.
Pleasure Principal - Avant garde knitwear.
Kenzo Minami - Really expensive t-shirts (i'm not going to lie), by a hugely talented artist. When you see the shirts you will understand.
Umbro by Kim Jones - Not the most exciting item this season. Oh well...
Nudie Jeans - People love these jeans from Sweden and so far they are selling really well. You can expect to see all silhouettes including a few new ones for Spring.
Cheap Monday - You know we have the jeans but the apparel is on the way. (The shoes are here)
