FRIENDS IN FAR OFF PLACES

It seems that every time a fashion magazine feature street snap shots of New York, Nicole and Leah go through the pages and recognize at least two people per page. The July 2007 issue of Men's Non-no happened to have such a feature and, as usual, they were able to recognize quite a handful of people. Here is documentation of our findings along with rough translations of the brief commentary that was shown along with the shots.

"Patrick (28 years old) - What he wears is all his own brand, Patrick Ervell, which adds a nerdy touch to his style."
(this is Patrick Ervell of the great up-and-coming brand. We are carrying it for Fall)

"Daniel (32 years old) - Surface to Air's designer is wearing a cardigan and shirt which adds a grownup vibe to his style."

"David (30 years old) - He wears all Rag and Bone. The vest is a nice touch."
(David is one half of the design team behind Rag & Bone)

"Marcus (32 years old) - He wears all Rag and one; a stylish yet casual look."
(... and the other half of the design team behind Rag & Bone)

"Tyler (23 years old) - He wears Nom de Guerre's original design, the most popular shop of the season."
(Tyler is our wonderful Nom de Guerre representative as well as staff in the NDG shop in New York)

"Kenta (22 years old) - The red of his stole and pants compliment each other well. It was done very nicely"
(Kenta works at Nom de Guerre in New York)

"Adam (28 years old) - N.Y.'s most remarkable designer of the season, Adam Kimmel. His knit and sunglasses are his own brand."
(we aren't carrying Adam Kimmel in the store but we definitely wouldn't mind to)
