JULIAN RED A/W 2007 "ALL CHANGE"

Another very cool season from surprising Julian Red. This time around they have further oversized many of their garments while introducing the fascinating rhombus idea to their fits. Many items in this collection are designed with rhombi (who knew that would end up being the plural form of rhombus?) sewn into the seams to create a 3D fit. It becomes very apparent when viewing the photos below.

"RAN" coat (price coming soon)
A long coat made from Japanese oxford cloth. The rhombi here help the arms and sides practically suspend where they are, instead of falling flat.
Sizes: 46, 48

Black "Flat SW" double face fleece cotton sweater with motif ($195)

The rhombus finds its way into the design again here. Aside from the stitching on the breast pocket, the sleeves also use the rhombus to widen towards the center before coming back inwards to the French cuff. Made from organic Japanese cotton.
