The fragrance embodies the battle of contradictions, with bitter orange, incense and saffron among its top notes, a heart of tuberose, rose, iris and jasmine, and a base note of oud, amber and vanilla. The contradictory elements are united in an intoxicating, sensory quality, which reflects Daphne's personality and tells her own tale. The scent is simultaneously sensuously opulent and classically pure. Daphne's outer carton is made of white linen book cloth, while its interior has a high-gloss black finish.
