Portland's SMMR BMMR (pronounced "Summer Bummer") is a new punk and indie music fest to look forward to. The three-day afternoon and evening event is marking its second annual concert series with performances by a lot of great local and touring acts, not the least of which includes Ty Segal, Thee Oh Sees, Meth Teeth, Sic Alps, Box Elders, Unnatural Helpers, Intelligence, and many, many more.
