THE GOOD NOSE - VERBENA SUMMER

Lemon Verbena. Some call it the king of herbs, and we see what they're talking about. It's one of the best smelling plants in your garden. You can use it for tea, you use it for potpourri, and you can rub your hands with it's leaves and have your friends smell them if that's your cup of tea. Really, what more can you ask from a plant?

We've been thinking. We wouldn't want to ask anyone to stop burning their Feu de Bois, but it may be nice to have a cooler candle for these warmer months. Who wants to smell something that feels like wearing a winter coat in the summer? Certainly some people, and you should come smell L'Eau or Eau Lente if you fall into that group, but for someone who's down for something a little lighter, a little fresher, here's a couple of candles with notes of verbena, definitely one of our favorite spring scents.
