Ballard Bee Company was established by Corky Luster with the goal of urban pollination through various hives set up throughout Seattle. Naturally, with so many hives, an abundance of honey has been produced and Ballard Bee Company is growing. We are always happy to receive a new shipment, and a few weeks ago, we did. Ballard Bee Honey is unfiltered and raw so you can taste and appreciate all of the hard work these girls have done throughout the season.
