This song, from a weird one-off covers album, is as strange and original as Young himself. The album was done to please his label, Geffen Records, who had rejected his "Old Ways" album, demanding a 'rock and roll record'. Young responded with this lp that featured "Wonderin'" as its lead single. Geffen records had a conniption fit at the lp and ended up suing Young for literally not sounding Neil Young enough.
