Blackbird Blog: DISPATCHES FROM KOREA: DRAPED JACKETS

You know those tubes of fabrics attached to your jacket? Some of us see them as sleeves. In Korea, though, 95% of the boys (and a lot of girls too) were just draping their jackets over their shoulders.
