SPRING JACKET OPTIONS
We are at that awkward time of the year when no one is quite sure if they need to wear a jacket or not when they leave their home in the morning. From morning to afternoon, the temperatures can change upwards to twenty degrees and in Seattle we have always the looming possibility of rain. Lightweight spring jackets become essential during this time to keep you comfortable and dry through your day.
As with winter coats, the fabric for a spring jacket becomes very important. A finely woven cotton will be a good match for keeping rain off of you while light linen or rayon is going to remain very airy and breathable; perfect in humid conditions or to wear through the middle of summer. Ideally you will be able to find a perfect match that you will also be able to wear through the fall and early winter with the possibility of layering a sweater or sweatshirt underneath.
