Class Description:
Amy will be gracing us with her gardening skills and knowledge for the second time, and giving us all the information we need, so we can have a successful garden of our own! Amy is just finishing up her book, Urban Pantry: Tips and Recipes for a Thrifty, Sustainable and Seasonal Kitchen, so not only will she give us tips on how to grow the most amazing tomatoes, but she can also give us new ideas for how to use them, and all the other wonderful things we'll have growing in our own yard.


Do not miss out on this class! It is the perfect point in the season to prepare that place in your yard to grow your own goodness. Last Summer, my roommates and I put together a garden space, and there is rarely a thing more satisfying than watching a field of dirt produce the most beautiful and delicious fruits and vegetables...a mystery that gives us life to our kitchen again and again. And there is so much to learn!
