A.P.C. "SPACE" DUFFLECOAT: WHAT A COAT SHOULD LOOK LIKE
To us A.P.C.'s "Space" dufflecoat is exactly what might result from the question "what should a coat look like?" Unfortunately it seems more and more common for designers to take such a question and keep running with it, never stopping to think "is this too much?" Leave it up to A.P.C.'s Jean Touitou, though, to restrain himself and create this perfect example of beauty through simplicity.

DETAILS: Warm and dapper, APC's duffelcoat space in navy is an updated version of the classic duffel coat. The 100% wool shell hosts to many thoughtful details including a RIRI brand front zipper entry, a well-fitting, three panel hood with rayon lining, double-layered front and rear yokes, squared, top-entry, hand warmer-pockets and button tab sleeve cuffs. The torso is lined in cool and comfortable rayon and hosts to a zipping interior flask/wallet pocket while the straight hemline hosts to a single vent at center back.
