ROBERT GELLER NATURAL VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER CUMMERBUND

Robert Geller utilized a lot of exterior belts in his spring/summer 2011 runway to add more depth to the silhouette and to break up proportions. One of our favorites of the batch was this leather cummerbund. The washed leather helps keep it easy and casual, unlike what one might typically expect from a cummerbund. We thought it was a very cool take on the accessory.

The leather used for the cummerbund is a very special one. It has been naturally vegetable tanned by expert tanners in Tuscany; an area rich in history of every aspect involved in leather work.
