The dropped cargo pant is oversized in the hips and legs while the waist is cinched with elastic and off-center drawstring and the leg tapers to elastic pant cuffs. Two cargo pockets grasp at the hip. Inseam measures 23.5" and the rise is closer to 30". Button fly.
