GENIUS: BLESS SUNSHIELD

We'll be the first ones to admit it, these hybrid visor/sunglasses are kinda hilarious. But once you get them on, they really don't feel all that strange.....actually, it's surprising how normal you'll feel in these. Come to think of it, I'm a bit surprised that these haven't totally caught on nor swept the nation. They're not up on BlackbirdBallard.com, so email or call with inquiries.

As spoken briefly of in a previous post, the spring/summer 2008 shipment from Bless has arrived at Blackbird! Below is coverage of the apparel pieces and in addition to these we also have the much spoken of visor sunglasses and Bless buttons.

These pieces are considered unisex and are a great way to add a touch of the slightly avant-garde to your wardrobe.

Bless - Tankhood

DETAILS: Although pictured here on Blackbird Stylist Leah, this piece works equally well on smaller guys as well. The cotton ribbed inner tanktop portion is surrounded by an almost canvas-like cotton outer layer while the subtly logo'd back portion is of a cupra/viscose blend. The elastic band going through the outer layer allows the vest to be cinched and tied to create increasingly dramatic effects.

The art of Desiree Heiss and Ines Kaag, known together as Bless, has arrived at Blackbird! Since 1996, the duo has been creating their always surprising conceptual pieces which have quite often included clothing and accessories.
